Flagship case
The Appalache Estate
A seven-chapter explorable estate world, built as a digital flagship for a private Appalachian brand. It runs in a browser, on a phone, with no installs and no accounts.
In active development / pre-alpha proof
Built as a complete world rather than a campaign skin.
The Appalache Estate uses architecture, characters, ritual, and branching endings to make a brand feel like a place. The art and interface are still being polished in the open, so the honest frame is simple: an ambitious solo-built world you can enter now.
How it's built
Cinematic on the surface. Severe underneath.
A browser-native estate world for a private Appalachian brand, framed honestly as an in-development pre-alpha.
Authored chapter state, cast encounters, branching outcomes, custom navigation, and a restrained analytics layer.
Blender and Meshy assets move through glTF transforms, KTX2 compression trials, and headless verification before release.
No install, no account, no launcher. The world has to arrive directly in the browser without breaking the mood.
Character source
The cast starts as flat figures before it becomes a rigged world.

World fragments
A digital estate should have weather, scale, and secrets.
