Characters make the institution social.

The cast is built as an ensemble of staff, members, guests, younger figures, elders, and creatures. Their purpose is behavior and relationship, not just portraiture.

Ensemble

The world needs staff, members, guests, and social friction.

Character roles give the estate rules. The Archivist, Steward, Keeper, Breakfast Captain, Herbalist, Berry Clerk, Pool Committee members, Willa, and the deer each hold different behaviors.

Pipeline

Source figures become rigged encounters.

The aepeep figures help establish silhouette and costume before the 3D pipeline turns them into staged, interactive cast members.
